How
to Purchase Your Puppy?
- So...A
German Shepherd is Right for YOU!!!
The
first step in purchasing a GrannysGrandPuppy is to answer the questions
on the Pre-Purchase
Questionnaire
on the link here or on the right. You may answer by way of a
simple email or if you prefer give me a phone call, 601-467-7763.
My desire here is simply to make sure every one of my
GrandPuppies find just the right homes. Homes where they can Love
and be Loved!!! Once I have reviewed your
questionnaire, we need to talk. Call me anytime...if I miss you
call, leave me a message and I'll call you back. Communication
via email is wonderful... fast and efficient, but I must speak with you
by phone at least once to get to know you and you me before I can
accept Deposit or Payment for a GrandPuppy. Thank you, I hope you
understand. During this
time, please take the time to explore my website and try to get an idea
about which puppy, or parents for your puppy, you would like so we can
talk about it when you call. Together we can decide how to
proceed. Also, Please take a moment to look over the Sample
GrandPuppy Contract and Sample GrandPuppy Health Record so we can also
discuss any questions you might have about either document.

I
am
excited to announce that I can now accept accept payments for deposits
on puppies, puppy sales, or shipping and handling costs by way of
a simple Email Request thanks to my new PayPal Business Account.
I
am able to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
E-Checks, and PayPal. I do charge a 3.25% service charge on each
transaction conducted through PayPal, but if you want your Puppy
ASAP, this can be very convenient. If you would like to use
PayPal please contact me and I will send you a Request Payment via
email.
You do not need a PayPal account (though they will encourage
you to open one). Simply follow the directions on the Email
Request for
Payment If you have any problems, questions, or concerns about
using PayPal please don't hesitate to contact me.
If time is not a restraint, you can
send a Money Order by mail. I am sorry, but I can not accept
personal checks.
Of course, cash always works if your
are visiting to
pick out or pick up your GrandPuppy!!!
I will ship
puppies anywhere within the continental United States at an additional
cost to
the buyer, provided said shipment does not endanger the well-being of
the puppy. No Puppy can be shipped a day before 8 weeks of age.
In addition to the cost of the puppy and the
cost of airfare (which varies by
carrier starting at about $200), I request that the buyer pay the cost of the
shipping crate $50 and the cost of the Pre-Flight
Interstate Health Certificate/Exam $45.
I
ship out of New Orleans, usually on a Saturday.
My first choice is always
Continentals Pet Safe. Continentals Pet Safe program
guarantees Climate
Controlled/Pressurized cargo cabins and handling. Pet Safe even
provides cute little Pet Safe air-conditioned vans with tinted windows.
The vans with special Pet Safe handlers pick up the pets at one
plane and
take them safely to their connecting flight Flights for
puppies run about $230. If
Continental does not have an appropriate flight, I have also had good
experiences with American and Delta, but the safety and
health of the GrandPuppy must ALWAYS be the first and foremost
consideration.
I always
welcome personal visits to our kennel to meet me, my whole family - two
and four legged!!! I am always very proud to show of all my
beautiful babies!!! Our kennel is located right in the side yard
of our country home in South Mississippi, right outside of Hattiesburg
two miles off US Hwy 98 West. Please see our How to Contact Us
page for my Street/Mailing address. Map Quest driving directions
are usually correct but, I will be more that happy to provide you
helpful hints, landmarks, and directions. Give us a call and come
